in May 1995 and located in Xiamen (known as international
garden city), Sanyuan Corporation specializes in shooting
contour machining of thermoset plastics such as bakelite(UP,PF,DAP,MF,MU),
melamine resin, macromolecule composite material (BMC,
SMC and DMC) and thermoplastics ((PBT.ABS.PC.NYLON.PP).
We manufacture assorted products mainly for Xiamen ABB,
Shilin Electric Machine, Cankun Electric Appliance,
etc.
In order to expand market range, we re-work out development
strategy and integrate the resource. On July 1st 2000,
our single-ownership subsidiary company, Shanghai Sanyuan
Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was established then in July
2003, Shanghai Sansu Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. was set
up too.
Equipped with tens of imported bakelite and BMC shooting
forming machines (100T-500T) and advanced mould manufacturing
and testing equipment, we passed ISO9001 ：2000 in March
2003. Moreover, we fully carried out the all-employee
quality management and “6S” activity.
Our complete integrated operation flow from mould
design and manufacturing to products forming processing
and assembling ensures the quality of our products and
reasonable operation cost therefore our products can
be more competitive in the market.
Sticking to the quality policy of “quality based,
customer satisfied, employees participating, and improvement
sustained” and the tenet of “creating more value for
the customers”, we have, with over ten years of hard
work of all our employees, accumulated many customers
including SIEMENS, TECO Electric Machine, TYCO Electronics,
Cankun Electric Appliance, Japanese SEIWA, Korean PCC,
TAISHIBA (TAIWANG), FEDDERS, COOPER, ELECTROULX, AMETEK
MOTOR, BLACK&DECKER and CHAR-BROOIL and have won
good reputation in plastic industry.
