Design & Manufacturing Tenet: most suitable
products for customers with high quality, high
precision, long service life and good appearance.
Our 2D and 3D design are both carried out adopting
American software such as Aut-CAD, Pro-E and UG
and assistant software MAX-CAM. In terms of mould
material, we adopt LKM mould frame, Swiss ASSSB
steel and German HASCO mould fittings so as to
ensure the service life of our moulds and the
investment benefit of customers.
From 2003 to 2005, we had successfully developed
over three hundred sets of precise injection moulding,
bakelite and BMC moulds for our customers adopting
the design philosophy of German mould scientist
Mr Hoster and had won good reputation in the field.
